FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of digitals you receive depends on the package that you choose. If you end up having a hard time choosing, additional digitals are available for $5 each.
Can I just have prints instead?
We do not deliver prints, but you are more than welcome to purchase prints from the online gallery!
How do you deliver digitals?
Digital images are delivered through a website called Pixieset. They can be downloaded from there; you can also share your gallery link with friends and family so they can purchase prints if they choose.
What should I wear for my session?
I will send you a handy guide depending on the type of shoot you are doing!
What if my kids aren't cooperating, someone gets sicks, etc., can we reschedule?
I completely understand that life happens, and we can reschedule once without paying a new retainer. If we have to reschedule a second time, I will have to request a new retainer be paid to book the date.
Where are you located and do you charge to travel?
The studio is based out of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. I travel for outdoor or lifestyle sessions within a 50 mile radius; after that, I charge an additional fee for mileage ($1/mile) and/or airfare (cost of ticket).
What is the turn-around time for photos?
Turn-around time depends on the shoot.
Mini: 2 weeks
Standard, Deluxe, and Deluxe Hourly: 60 days
Weddings: 90 days
What are your hours?
Hours are scattered; please message me for more information or to schedule a session!
Do I have to pay a deposit and is it non-refundable?
Unfortunately yes, I do require 20% down as a retainer at the time of booking your session. I will hold your date without a booking for up to 30 days but after that I cannot guarantee availability for that day without the deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Payment plans and arrangements are available; just email me and we will discuss a solution that fits your needs! The final payment for weddings must be made one (1) month before the big day; for all other photoshoot types, payment can be made in advance or up to the time of the shoot. If payment is not received, we do reserve the right to retain even preview images until payment is received.
